Hi my name is sadiyo and my Nike name is New generation Mom the most beautiful woman I never forget is is my grandma who died in 104 years old when she was very healthy and happy taking care of her self and her grandchildren. She teach me how to be happy and self love and care. She also taught me how to be a n empathy person and self aware not to use people around you as a emotional toilet like an energy vampire. She taught me all about mental emotional spiritual and physical. I still use her Holistic health that she taught me. My grandmother was my doctor my friend and my therapist and all so she was a good example for me to follow what she was teaching me. I can’t finish talking about my grandmother she is one in a million like her may Allah take her to The Firdows .
